The data collected with this form are only to be used by La Confédération Belge du Cheval to be stored in your profile in the HorseId application. For veterinarians, the datas will also be used to verify your identify.

The data will be processed by La Confédération Belge du Cheval, PaardenPunt Vlaanderen (Heverlee) and La Confédération Wallonie-Bruxelles du cheval (Ciney). The data will not be used for any other means, nor transmitted to third parties without you prior agreement, except in the case where it is legally authorized or mandated.

Your account and your personal data will be removed as described in the following retention and periodicity conditions:

If your account is not linked to any horses, invoices or credit notes after its creation, it will be automatically deleted.
If your account is not linked to any live horse, that your invoices and credit notes are older than and your account creation is older than , your data will be anonymized.
